The Ventura Film Festival began in 2004 and has exhibited numerous cinematic works, generally exceeding 200 films per summer season, and has attracted attention from the worldwide filmmaking community. Since its inception, the festival has developed into an important cultural gathering that joins movie directors, ecological activists, and attendees from every corner of the planet.
